Russian code marking on Oak & others

The Russian Ministry of Natural Resources prepared a draft resolution on code marking and requirements. The code marking is on fine wood species oak, beech and ash.
This unit code marking system of fine woods will be used to unify state computerized record systems, this recordes of timber inventory and timber transactions than will be used to supply reliable information regarding the owner, volume, selection of wood, in addition the data required will than establishes the legal status of the origin of the fine woods.
Logs under the code marking system will then be a tagged; these tags are given a distinctive number that will be used only for a solo transaction, including the owner information and declaration number for the lumber transaction.
This fine wood code marking data than is sent to the unified state information record system for timber and timber transactions digitally through an electronic signature.
Fine woods exports from Russia than must fulfill the code marking requirements. These requirements will not involve added obligation on obtaining costly equipment or on materials.
